به گزارش خبرنگار پارلمانی ایرنا، 'احمد توكلی' روز شنبه در نشستی خبری، عملكرد دوره هفتم و هشتم مركز پژوهش های مجلس را تشریح كرد.

وی با بیان این كه در دوره هفتم نگاه راهبردی به این مركز تغییر یافت، اظهارداشت: در این دوره مركز پژوهش های مجلس به عنوان یك مركز پژوهش های حكومتی با رویكرد كاربردی تعریف شد.

رییس مركز پژوهش های مجلس، ارتقای سطح كیفی مطالعات پژوهشی در جذب نیروی انسانی، اثرگذاری بر فرآیند های تقنینی و نظارتی را از جمله اهداف این مركز عنوان كرد.

نماینده مردم تهران در مجلس گفت: مركز پژوهش های مجلس در تهیه گزارش های خود از ابتدای دوره هفتم ایرادهای شورای نگهبان در طرح ها و لوایح را مورد توجه قرار داد و گزارش های مستقلی در قالب گزارش مكتوب تهیه و پیشنهادهای اصلاحی ارایه می كند.

توكلی خاطرنشان كرد: تعامل مركز پژوهش های مجلس در دوره هشتم با دستگاه های دولتی، عمومی و نظارتی افزایش یافته و در برخی موارد نظرسنجی هایی از مردم درمورد موضوع های مهم كشور تهیه شده است .

وی افزود: این مركز در حوزه نظارت نیز صرف نظر از تهیه گزارش ارزیابی عملكرد دستگاه های اجرایی یا نحوه اجرای قوانین در موضوع تحقیق و تفحص فعال شده است.

رییس مركز پژوهش های مجلس تاكید كرد كه كارشناسان این مركز در تدوین 28 قانون مهم كشور نقش قابل توجهی داشته اند.

توكلی ازجمله این قوانین را قانون وزارت نفت، قانون مجازات اسلامی، قانون تجارت، قانون هدفمند سازی یارانه ها، قانون نحوه نظارت بر نمایندگان، قانون مدیریت خدمات كشوری و قانون نظارت بر دارایی مسوولان عنوان كرد.

وی یادآورشد : این مركز در دوره ششم 945 گزارش، در دوره هفتم دو هزار و 114 گزارش و در دوره هشتم 2هزار و 806 گزارش منتشر كرده است.
