به گزارش خبرنگار معارف ایرنا از حوزه هنری، 'هوشنگ جاوید' عصر دوشنبه در آخرین دور نشست های تخصصی همایش ملی هنر و تمدن شیعی با بررسی شعرهای شاعران اهل سنت تركمن، تاجیك و ایرانی كه تحت تاثیر فرهنگ شیعی بوده است، گفت: هنرمندان اهل سنت تركمن از روی اشعار و موسیقی‌هایی كه شیعیان برای منقبت خوانی اهل بیت (ع) خلق می كردند دستورهای موسیقایی نوشته و شعر گفته اند.

وی با بیان اینكه تا رواج تشیع در ایران قالب دوبیتی شناخته نشده بود، اضافه كرد: وقتی می بینیم در ادبیات تاجیك و تركمن كه اهل سنت هستند، دوبیتی هایی در منقبت اهل بیت سروده و خوانده می شود، این مساله نشان می دهد كه گسترش ادبیات اسلامی توسط شاعران شیعی انجام گرفته است.

جاوید كه درباره گسترش هنرهای اسلامی توسط هنرمندان شیعی سخن می گفت، با قرائت نمونه هایی از دوبیتی های شاعران اهل سنت تركمن و تاجیك، گفت: نقش تفكرات و آموزه های شیعی در اشعار این شاعران به خوبی مشهود است و حتی در بین اهل سنت دوبیتی های حسینی و دوبیتی های كربلایی سروده و خوانده می شود كه كمتر كسی از آن ها خبر دارد.

به گفته 'نسیم ارجمند' تهیه كننده این مستند، ساخت 'شروعی نو' از بیش از یكسال پیش آغاز، و تاكنون 40 درصد فیلمبرداری آن انجام شده است؛ این مجموعه مستند در پنج قسمت 20 دقیقه ای تولید و پخش می شود.

داستان این مستند در دیلمان و مناطق كوهستانی این منطقه، و جاییكه سحر جهانگردزاده برای زندگی آنجا را برگزیده، روایت می شود؛ جاییكه گاهی سرما و سنگینی برف مانع از حضور دایم گروه مستندساز می شود.

به گزارش ایرنا،در 22 بهمن ماه سال 1357،باقیام یكپارچه مردم ایران به رهبری امام خمینی،انقلاب اسلامی به پیروزی رسید و حاكمیت دوهزارو 500 ساله رژیم سلطنتی را برای همیشه در این سرزمین از میان برداشت و استبداد داخلی و سلطه خارجی در هم شكست.

امام خمینی در فرمانی نخست وزیر دولت موقت را مامور تشكیل دولت كرد تا ترتیب اداره امور مملكت و خصوصا انجام رفراندوم و رجوع به آرای عمومی ملت درباره تغییر نظام سیاسی كشور و تشكیل موسسان از منتخبان مردم برای تصویب قانون اساسی نظام جدید و انتخاب مجلس نمایندگان ملت را بدهد.

درمیان نغمه های انحرافی مخالفان انقلاب اسلامی كه می كوشیدند تا از استقرار رسمی نهادهای سیاسی كشور و حاكمیت نظام مطلوب و مردمی جلوگیری كنند،باصدور فرمان رفراندوم توسط معمار كبیر انقلاب ، ملت ایران یكپارچه به نظام جمهوری اسلامی رای دادند و با حضور نود و هشت و دو دهم درصد 2/98% خود ، نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به عنوان دستاورد و تبلور انقلاب اسلامی انتخاب كردند.

برای رسیدن به حكومت اسلامی و تحقق همه آرمان های انقلاب ملت، پس تصویب نظام جمهوری به عنوان نظام حاكم بر كشور ، قانون اساسی كشور كه مبین چارچوب های اساسی و قانونی جمهوری اسلامی است تدوین و به تصویب ملت ایران رسید.

مردم مسلمان ایران براساس سه عامل'مكتب'،'وحدت ملی'و'رهبری'آمادگی كامل برای حضور در صحنه ی آزاد سیاسی كشور را داشتند و هیچ نوع شرایط استثنایی كه انتخابات آزاد را تهدید كند وجود نداشت.

پیش نویس قانون اساسی به عنوان طرح پیشنهادی تهیه و به افكار عمومی عرضه شد و از طریق رادیو و تلویزیون و جراید و مجلات در اختیار مردم قرار گرفت.

عرضه ی طرح پیشنهادی قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی به افكار عمومی باعث شد متخصصان و صاحب نظران و گروه های سیاسی و شخصیت ها به اظهار نظر در زمینه اصول پیشنهادی بپردازند و سمینارهایی به منظور بررسی نقادانه پیش نویس قانون اساسی تشكیل شود و مردم در سطح وسیعی در جریان امور قرار بگیرند.

در این میان عده ای به تدوین طرح های پیشنهادی دیگری همت گماردند و چندین مرتبه پیش نویسهایی بر طرح اولیه قانون اساسی افزوده شد و مراجع تقلید نیز نظریات خود را در زمینه ی برخی از اصول پیش نویس ابراز كردند.

در این میان گروه ها و جریانات سیاسی مخالف ، تبلیغات جنجالی پیرامون قانون اساسی به راه انداختند و رهبر كبیر انقلاب با هوشیاری بسیار بالایی ، تمام همت خود را صرف تدوین قانون اساسی كرد و از هر مساله انحرافی كه ملت را از این امر مهم باز میداشت به شدت جلوگیری می كرد.

متن كامل پیام امام خمینی (ره) بنیانگذار فقید جمهوری اسلامی ایران ، به مناسبت 12 فروردین 1358 ( روز جمهوری اسلامی ایران ) در كتاب صحیفه امام (ره) موجود است كه ایشان بیان داشتند:' من در این روز مبارك، روز امامت امت و روز فتح و ظفر ملت، جمهوری اسلامی ایران را اعلام می ‌كنم.

به دنیا اعلام می ‌كنم كه در تاریخ ایران چنین رفراندمی سابقه ندارد كه سرتاسر مملكت با شوق و شعف و عشق و علاقه به صندوق ها هجوم آورده و رای مثبت خود را در آن ریخته و رژیم طاغوتی را برای همیشه در زباله‌ دان تاریخ دفن كنند.

من از این همبستگی كه همه و همه به ندای آسمانی ' واعتصموا بحبل الله جمیعا ' لبیك گفتند، و با اتقاق آرا به جمهوری اسلامی رای مثبت دادند و رشد سیاسی و اجتماعی خود را به شرق و غرب ثابت كردند، تقدیر می ‌كنم.'

امام در مورد تدوین قانون اساسی بر دو امر' جدیت در تدوین قانون اساسی' و' اسلامی بودن تدوین كنندگان قانون اساسی ' تاكید فراوان داشتند.

سرانجام مجلس خبرگان با عنوان ' مجلس بررسی نهایی قانون اساسی ' در 28 مرداد ماه 1358 با عضویت 72 نماینده ملت ایران افتتاح شد. در این انتخابات همه مردم و اكثر گروه ها جریان های سیاسی كشور شركت كردند و مجلس خبرگان تشكیل شد.

مجلس خبرگان برای تدوین قانون اساسی ابتدا هفت گروه تشكیل داد و در نهایت اصول به تصویب رسیده قانون اساسی با فصل بندی و شماره گذاری شده در دوازده فصل، شامل 175 اصل در جلسه علنی 24 آبان ماه 1358 با حضور نمایندگان مجلس بررسی و نهایی قانون توسط رییس به تصویب نهایی رسید .

پس از تصویب قانون اساسی ، وزارت كشور بر اساس تصویب شورای انقلاب ،مامور برگزاری همه پرسی در روزهای 11 و 12 آذرماه 1358 با نتیجه ای شامل 5/99% آرا شد.

جمهوری اسلامی ایران مركب از دو كلمه ' جمهوری' و ' اسلامی ' است . كلمه جمهوری بیانگر شكل نظام و كلمه اسلامی محتوای حكومت را بیان می كند ، حكومتی را كه شكل آن را عامه مردم ایران انتخاب كردند و محتوای آن بر مبنای عقیدتی و برنامه ها و طرح های كلی و هدف های اساسی اسلامی استوار شده و با اصول و مقررات اسلامی اداره می شود و با محوریت اسلام حركت و بر اساس اهداف اسلامی جهت می گیرد.ك/4

' فرشاد صفتی' روز جمعه در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ایرنا گفت:تیم ملی تنیس ایران از جوانانی تشكیل شده است كه دارای انگیزه بسیاری برای رقابت با حریفان هستند.

وی با اشاره به تشكیل اردوی تیم ملی تنیس ایران در آنتالیا و شركت در رقابتهای بین المللی تنیس فیوچرز تركیه اظهارداشت : ملی پوشان تنیس ایران در مدت حضورشان در این اردو ضمن انجام تمرینات در رقابتهای فیوچرز تركیه كه با حضور شماری از تنیسورهای كشورهای مختلف به ویژه اروپایی ها برگزار شد ، شركت كردند.

سرپرست تیم ملی تنیس ایران ایران اظهارداشت : شركت در این رقابتها سبب افزایش تجربه ملی پوشان به منظور حضور قدرتمند در رقابتهای جام دیویس در گروه سوم اقیانوسیه و آسیا كه ماه آینده در تهران برگزار خواهدشد، می شود.

به گزارش خبرنگار سیاسی ایرنا ،‌ محمود احمدی نژاد در فرودگاه مهرآباد اظهار داشت شركت در سومین جشن جهانی نوروز به میزبانی دوشنبه بخشی از برنامه های وی در این سفر سه روزه بوده است.

احمدی نژاد با بیان اینكه در این سفر دیداری نیز با همتای تاجیك خود داشته گفت : ایران و تاجیكستان از روابط عمیق تاریخی و فرهنگی برخوردار هستند و بویژه در زمینه فرهنگی دو پاره یك تن محسوب می شوند.

احمدی نژاد با اشاره به حضور ایران در اجلاس اقتصادی كمك به بازسازی افغانستان به عنوان یكی دیگر از برنامه های برگزار شده در حاشیه جشن جهانی نوروز در دوشنبه اشاره كرد و گفت:

جمهوری اسلامی جزو كشورهایی است كه به طور مستقیم از حوادث پاكستان تاثیر می پذیرد و نقش سازنده ای در بازسازی و كمك به افغانستان دارد.

حجت الاسلام و المسلمین 'حسین افتخاریان' روز پنجشنبه در گفت وگو با خبرنگار فرهنگی ایرنا افزود: اعزام زوج های دانشجو به سفر زیارتی مشهد به منظور شركت در كارگاه های آموزشی ازدواج و مراسم های معنوی صورت می گیرد كه اولین مرحله اعزام ثبت نام كنندگان در تاریخ 28 اسفندماه به پایان رسید.

وی با بیان اینكه از مهرماه 89 تا مهر 90 بیش از 61 هزار زوج دانشجو برای شركت در مراسم جشن ازدواج دانشجویی نهاد نمایندگی ثبت نام كرده اند، ادامه داد: 23 هزار زوج از این افراد برای حضور در كاروان های زیارتی مشهد مقدس نام نویسی كرده اند.

به گفته افتخاریان در مرحله اول، حدود 13 هزار زوج در قالب 14 كاروان به سفر زیارتی مشهد اعزام شده اند و در دومین مرحله نیز 10 هزار زوج به این سفر اعزام خواهند شد.

رییس اداره طرح های ملی و جشنواره های سراسری نهاد رهبری در دانشگاهها توضیح داد: خوشبختانه استقبال زوج های دانشجو برای حضور در كارگاه های آموزشی مشهد مقدس بسیار افزونتر از سال های قبل بوده و كمترین میزان لغو یا عدم حضور را شاهد بودیم.

هنگام ورود دومین محموله از كمك ایران به سوریه شماری از مقام های دو كشور از جمله 'محمدرضا رئوف شیبانی' سفیر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سوریه و مسوولان وزارت بهداشت و هلال احمر این كشور حضور داشتند.

این كمك ها پس از ورود به دمشق تحویل مقام های هلال احمر سوریه برای ارسال به مراكز و مناطق مورد نیاز شد.

شیبانی در جریان ورود اولین محموله از كمك های ایرانی به سوریه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا در دمشق گفت كه این كمك اولین محموله از كمك های ایران به كشور دوست سوریه و در راستای مناسبات گسترده و حمایت تهران از این كشور در ارتباط با تحولات اخیر صورت می گیرد.

وی افزود: سه محموله دیگر كه در آینده وارد سوریه می شود ، شامل مواد غذایی ، لوازم زندگی ، آمبولانس ، چادر ، پتو و دیگر مایحتاج مردم سوریه در مناطق بحرانی خواهد بود.

به گزارش معاونت هنری وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، در این نمایشگاه علاوه بر 40 تایلو عكس از دستاورد های انقلاب اسلامی، نمایشگاه و كارگاه آموزشی مینیاتور ایرانی به استادی 'غلامرضا قلی پور' بر پا شده است.

همچنین نمایشگاهی از دستاورد های انقلاب اسلامی ایران در قالب 50 تابلو عكس در ابعاد 50 در 70 در مجموعه فرهنگی وهنری 'آمادرو بندایا ' برگزار شد.

در این نمایشگاه علاوه بر دستاوردهای علمی و صنعتی عكس هایی از اقوام و فرهنگ های مختلف ایرانی و آداب و رسوم و سنن اصیل ایرانی به نمایش در آمده است.

عبدالغنی شمس الدین روز چهارشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا حمایت مردم ایران از نظام جمهوری اسلامی و تایید سیاست های این كشور را نشانه اعتماد مردم به این نظام دانست و گفت: این اعتماد با طرح ادعاهای بی اساس از سوی كشورهای غربی خدشه دار نمی شود.

وی در ادامه حضور گسترده مردم ایران در انتخابات مجلس این كشور را نشانه آگاهی آنان از نقش خود در نظام دمكراسی ایران دانست و گفت: آگاهی مردم از اهمیت حضور در انتخابات می تواند نشانگر نقشی باشد كه مردم معتقدند در توسعه كشور خود دارند.

عبدالغنی شمس الدین خاطرنشان كرد: غرب همواره در تلاش بوده است بین مردم و دولت ایران فاصله ایجاد كند و در اذهان جهانی ایران را به عنوان یك نظام شكست خورده معرفی كند كه نتوانسته است برنامه دموكراتیك خود را توسعه دهد اما حضور مردم ایران در انتخابات مجلس این كشور نشان داد كه آنچه كه در رسانه ای غربی انتشار می یابد با واقعیت داخلی ایران مطابقت ندارد.

وی اظهار داشت: پایداری داخلی ایران كه توانسته است شعار استقلال این كشور را عملی كند باعث شده است كشورهای غربی از اینكه ایران از آنها حرف شنوی ندارد، خشمگین باشند.

عبدالغنی شمس الدین در ادامه خاطر نشان كرد: ملت ایران با حضور گسترده در انتخابات مجلس این كشور همراهی خود را با نظام جمهوری اسلامی اعلام كردند و همین مساله می تواند پشتوانه ای قوی برای ادامه ایستادگی ایران در مقابل زیاده خواهی های كشورهای غربی در برنامه هسته ای باشد.

وی با اشاره به پایبندی ایران به قوانین و تعهدات بین المللی، گفت: دولت ایران برای خدمت بهتر به ملت خود نیازمند در اختیار گرفتن فناوری های نوینی چون انرژی صلح آمیز هسته ای است و این راهی بدون بازگشت است كه غربی ها نیز باید آن را تایید كنند.

در این تحقیق، وضعیت سلامتی چند هزار کودک در بریتانیا، تا پنج سالگی آنها بررسی شده است

بر اساس یک تحقیق تازه، احتمال ابتلا به بیماری در نوزادانی که تنها چند هفته زودتر از موعد به دنیا می آیند، اندکی بیشتر است.

بر اساس دیدگاهی که تاکنون تا حد زیادی مقبولیت یافته بود، وضعیت نوزدانی که پس از ۳۷ هفتگی بارداری به دنیا می آیند، تقریبا مشابه وضعیت نوزادانی بود که دوران جنینی کاملی را سپری می کنند، ولی پزشکان می گویند که تحقیقات تازه، این دیدگاه را به چالش می کشد.

در این تحقیق که نتایجش در "بریتیش مدیکال ژورنال" منتشر شده، وضعیت سلامت ۱۴ هزار کودک که ۱۰ سال پیش به دنیا آمده اند، تا ۵ سالگی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

در این تحقیق، مواردی مثل مراجعه به بیمارستان و ابتلا به بیماری هایی مثل آسم مد نظر قرار گرفته است.

تا پیش از این، عمده تحقیقات روی نوزادانی متمرکز بود که پیش از ۳۲ هفتگی، یعنی مدت زیادی پیش از موعد، به دنیا می آمدند.

ولی بر اساس این تحقیق، ممکن است تعداد بیشتری از نوزادانی که بعد از ۳۲ هفتگی هم به دنیا می آیند نیاز به مراقبت ویژه داشته باشند.

بنا به نتایج این تحقیق، نوزادانی که پیش از ۳۹ هفتگی به دنیا می آیند، تا ۵ سالگی، اندکی بیشتر در معرض ابتلا به بیماری هستند. هر چه نوزاد، زودتر به دنیا آمده باشد، این خطر بیشتر است.

به عنوان مثال ۱۵ درصد از نوزادانی که مدت کامل بارداری مادر در شکم او بوده اند در کودکی به آسم یا خس خس سینه مبتلا می شوند ولی این عدد برای نوزادانی که تنها چند هفته زودتر به دنیا می آیند به ۱۷ درصد می رسد.

در بریتانیا، حدود یک پنجم نوزادان - چیزی در حدود ۱۰۰ هزار نفر- در فاصله هفته ۳۷ و ۳۸ در دوران بارداری به دنیا می آیند.

با این حال، تحقیق کنندگان به شدت تاکید دارند که والدین نباید نگران چیزی باشند، چرا که این تحقیق تنها به وجود احتمال اندک در ابتلا به بیماری اشاره می‌کند.

تحقیق کنندگان می گویند که نتیجه این تحقیق باید کمک کند که سطح حمایت های پزشکی و کنترل وضعیت سلامتی این نوزادان مورد بررسی و بازبینی قرار گیرد.

دکتر الین بویل از دانشگاه لستر، گفت: " ما به این نتیجه رسیدیم که دیگر مناسب نیست که مثل گذشته، نوزادان را به دو دسته تقسیم کنیم: کسانی که پیش از موعد به دنیا آمده اند و کسانی که سروقت به دنیا آمده اند."

اندی کول، مدیر اجرایی موسسه "بلیس" که یک موسسه خیریه مراقبت ویژه از کودکان است نیز با استقبال از انجام این تحقیقات گفت: "این تحقیقات بر نیاز به ارائه بهترین مراقبت ها برای کودکانی که زودتر از موعد به دنیا می آیند، تاکید می کند. این مراقبت ها نباید محدود به نوزادانی باشد که به بخش مراقبت های ویژه انتقال می یابند."

به گفته او "در نوزادانی که زودتر از موعد به دنیا می آیند، احتمال ابتلا به بیماری هایی مثل آسم در کودکی بیشتر است و باید به صورت مداوم معاینه شوند تا از سلامتی آنها اطمینان حاصل شود."

'حمید ره انجام' روز شنبه در گفت و گو با ایرنا افزود: 300 نفر در نیمه شب گذشته در پایگاه های امداد جاده ای همدان اسكان اضطراری یافته بودند كه با شدت یافتن بارش برف، لغزنده بودن جاده ها و مسدود شدن محور شمار مسافران در راه مانده افزایش یافت.

وی اضافه كرد: برخی از مسافران در راه مانده و گرفتار شده در برف و بوران با كمك امدادگران و با استفاده از آمبولانس به پایگاه های امداد جاده ای منتقل شدند.

وی اضافه كرد: بر اساس آخرین آمار ارایه شده 400 مسافر در مسجد حضرت ابوالفضل (ع) شهر بهار، 250 مسافر در پایگاه امداد جاده ای گردنه اسدآباد، 100 نفر در داخل شهر اسدآباد و 150 مسافر در پایگاه آوج اسكان اضطراری شدند.

وی اضافه كرد: بیشتر مسافران صبح امروز محل اسكان اضطراری را ترك و به سمت مقصد خود حركت كردند.

به گزارش ایرنا رییس پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی همدان نیز گفت: 400 سانحه خسارتی در 48 ساعت گذشته در سطح محورهای درون شهری این استان رخ داده است.

سرهنگ'حسین طلایی' روز شنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا افزود: 130 سانحه در 11 اسفند در سطح شهر همدان و 50 سانحه خسارتی در سطح دیگر شهرستان ها رخ داده است.

وی با ذكر اینكه طی این مدت زمان سانحه فوتی نداشتیم اضافه كرد: 150 سانحه خسارتی روز گذشته در شهر همدان و 70 سانحه در محورهای درون شهری دیگر شهرستان ها به وقوع پیوسته است.

وی بیشترین علل بروز سوانح در زمان بارش برف را رعایت نكردن فاصله طولی از خودروی جلوی دانست.

وی گفت: با توجه به شرایط جوی همدان و بارش برف های سنگین و طولانی مدت همراه داشتن زنجیر چرخ ، تجهیز بودن خودرو به سیستم گرمایشی و سالم بودن برف پاكن ها ضروری است.

رییس پلیس راهور همدان افزود: به علت لغزنده بودن محور گنجنامه ماموران پلیس راهور ازشامگاه جمعه از تردد خودروها در این مسیر ممانعت كردند.

شمار مخاطبان تلویزیون فارسی بی بی سی با وجود محدودیت های موجود تقریبا دوبرابر شده است

با وجود محدودیت های اعمال شده علیه تلویزیون فارسی بی بی سی در ایران، شمار مخاطبان این شبکه در این کشور کمابییش دو برابر شده است.

نتیجه تحقیقات مستقلی که در مورد آمار هفتگی مخاطبان جهانی سرویس های خبری بین المللی بی بی سی در ایران صورت گرفته نشان می دهد که شمار مخاطبان تلویزیون فارسی بی بی سی از سه میلیون و یکصد هزار نفر در سال ۲۰۰۹ به شش میلیون نفر در سال جاری افزایش یافته که ۹۴ درصد افزایش نشان می دهد.

براساس تخمین های انجام شده، مخاطبان هفتگی شبکه خبررسانی بی بی سی فارسی، شامل رادیو و تلویزیون، در همین مدت ۸۵ درصد بیشتر شده و از سه میلیون و نهصد هزار نفر در سال ۲۰۰۹ به هفت میلیون و دویست هزار نفر در سال جاری افزایش یافته است.

این تحقیقات حاکی از آن است که در حال حاضر، در طول هفته، از هر ده ایرانی یک نفر بیننده برنامه های تلویزیون فارسی بی بی سی است و در مورد دارندگان ماهواره در ایران، این رقم به ۲۸ درصد می رسد به این معنی که از هر چهار نفر ایرانی که دارای ماهواره در خانه خود هستند، بیش از یک نفر برنامه های این کانال تلویزیونی را تماشا می کند.

تلویزیون فارسی بی بی سی از اوایل سال ۲۰۰۹ میلادی پخش برنامه های خود را آغاز کرد و افزایش قابل توجه در شمار مخاطبان آن در حالی گزارش می شود که به خصوص از زمان برگزاری انتخابات دهمین دوره ریاست جمهوری در ایران، برنامه های این ایستگاه تلویزیونی در موارد متعدد، و برای مدت های طولانی، هدف پارازیت اندازی قرار داشته است.

هفته گذشته و در پی پارازیت اندازی مستمر، پخش برنامه های تلویزیون بی بی سی فارسی از ماهواره های هاتبرد از سر گرفته شد.

همچنین، در ماه های اخیر، گزارش هایی از تلاش دستگاه های امنیتی ایران ظاهرا برای ایجاد محدودیت هایی بر سر فعالیت خبر رسانی بخش فارسی بی بی سی انتشار یافته که از آن جمله، اقداماتی برای تحت فشار قرار دادن برخی از کارکنان این شبکه و جلوگیری از هرگونه همکاری شهروندان داخل ایران با بی بی سی بوده است.

هاروکس افزایش مخاطبان تلویزیون فارسی بی‌بی‌سی را "نشانه شجاعت" کارکنان آن دانسته است

گزارش مربوط به آمار مخاطبان برنامه های بی بی سی فارسی در ایران حاوی شمار مراجعان به سایت اینترنتی این شبکه نیست زیرا سایت های اینترنتی در ایران در معرض سانسور شدید قرار دارد و تخمین شمار مراجعان به سایت فارسی در داخل این کشور به سادگی امکانپذیر نیست.

پیتر هاروکس، مدیر سرویس جهانی بی بی سی، افزایش مخاطبان بی بی سی فارسی در ایران را نشانه تلاش کارکنان این بخش دانسته و گفته است: "این آمار نشانه ای بارز از شجاعت و ایثار روزنامه نگاران بخش فارسی بی بی سی در مواجهه با اقدامات تهدید آمیز و ارعاب از سوی مقامات ایران است."

هشتاد سال فعالیت

آقای هاروکس افزوده است که "کار کردن برای سرویس جهانی بی بی سی می تواند بسیار سخت باشد اما روزنامه نگاران ما، با علم به اینکه گزارش هایشان برای مخاطبان در داخل ایران و برای میلیون ها نفر در سراسر جهان منبعی قابل اعتماد، محترم و ارزشمند است، به فعالیت روزنامه نگاری خود ادامه می دهند."

نتیجه این طرح تحقیقاتی مستقل در مورد مخاطبان سرویس جهانی بی بی سی همزمان با هشتادمین سالگرد آغاز به کار این سرویس انتشار یافته است و شامل آماری در مورد پخش برنامه های بی بی سی به زبان های دیگر نیز هست.

سرویس جهانی بی بی سی پا به هشتاد سالگی می گذارد

از جمله، نخستین تحقیق انجام شده در مورد مخاطبان سرویس جهانی بی بی سی در سومالی‌لند و پاتلند نشان می دهد که در مقایسه با سایر شبکه های خبررسانی بین المللی، بی بی سی دارای بیشرین شمار مخاطبان در این مناطق است و شمار شنوندگان برنامه های آن به بیش از ۶۰ درصد از افراد بالغ در این دو منطقه خودمختار سومالی می رسد.

تحقیقاتی هم که پیش از این صورت گرفته نشان می دهد که اخیرا، شمار مخاطبان تلویزیون عربی بی بی سی با افزایش ۸۰ درصدی، از سیزده میلیون و پانصد هزار نفر به بیست و چهار میلیون و پانصد هزار نفر رسیده که براساس این تحقیقات، عمدتا ناشی از نیاز مخاطبان به کسب اخبار واقعی و بیطرفانه در جریان قیام های اخیر در برخی از کشورهای عربی بوده است.

به گفته مدیر سرویس جهانی بی بی سی، این آمار نشان می دهد که "چگونه سرویس های خبررسانی مانند بی‌بی‌سی به منزله شریان حیاتی برای کسانی است که تشنه دسترسی به اخبار و اطلاعات بی طرفانه هستند و هشتاد ساله شدن سرویس جهانی بی بی سی یادآور توانمندی ما در زمینه روزنامه نگاری و اهمیت ماموریتی است که درخبررسانی دست اول و متوازن بر عهده گرفته ایم."

آقای هاروکس تاکید کرده است که: "بی بی سی همچنان صدای رسانه های آزاد در مناطقی خواهد بود که، به دلیل سرکوب و آزار روزنامه نگاران، یا رشد رسانه های دولتی یا کاربرد فن آوری های جدید که باعث اختلال در سرمایه گذاری در روزنامه نگاری بین المللی می شود، به منبع دیگری برای کسب اخبار منصفانه و موثق دسترسی ندارند."

به گفته وی "با وجود رشد چشمگیر رسانه ای، دسترسی به خبررسانی مستقل و دارای کیفیت بالا همچنان نادر است و در بسیاری از نقاط جهان، اخبار بی طرفانه و قابل اعتماد کمابیش به یک گونه در شرف انقراض تبدیل شده است."

مدیر سرویس جهانی بی بی سی در اظهار نظر خود پیرامون آمار حاکی از رشد قابل توجه مخاطبان این سرویس، به مساله محدویت های مالی ناشی از شرایط اقتصادی کنونی نیز پرداخته و گفته است: "جو محدودیت مالی به معنی لزوم کوتاه آمدن در مورد پیگیری هدف های بلند ما نیست؛ ما در صددیم تا به مخاطبان بیشتری دسترسی یابیم، تاثیر بیشتری بر جای بگذاریم و همچنان مورد اعتمادترین منبع پخش خبر در جهان باقی بمانیم."

به گزارش ایرنا،'علی اصغر عنابستانی' روز سه شنبه در گفت و گوی رسانه ای با مردم استان گفت: وظایف نمایندگان، شناسایی خلل های قانونی و تلاش برای تصویب قوانینی است كه بستر مناسب را برای توسعه كشور و اجرای صحیح قانون هموار می كند.
