به گزارش ایرنا 'عباسعلی اكبری ' روز یكشنبه در همایش روسای كمیته های طناب كشی كشور در كرج افزود: با توجه به برنامه های آموزشی و تمرینات در دست اجرا برای ملی پوشان این رشته، انتظار داریم در این رقابتها بتوانیم رتبه خوبی را برای كشور به ارمغان آوریم .

وی اضافه كرد: همزمان با برنامه های آماده سازی تیم ملی در نظر است مسابقات لیگ در بخش آقایان و بانوان به صورت منطقه ای برای پشتوانه سازی تیم های ملی در آینده نزدیك آغاز شود.

اكبری یادآورشد: سال گذشته تیم ملی برای شركت در مسابقات جهانی در كشور اسكاتلند خود را خوب آماده كرده بود اما به علت مناسب نبودن شرایط كه باید از كشور انگلستان می گذشتیم نتوانستیم در این رقابتها شركت كنیم .

وی بیان داشت: توسعه این رشته ورزشی در استانهای كشور از جمله البرز با فراهم كردن زمینه های آموزشی و تمرین در اولویت كاری این انجمن قرار دارد.

اكبری گفت: تمام تلاش این انجمن و مسوولان براین است كه در سال 91 بتوانیم این رشته ورزشی را به پیست استاندارد متحرك مجهز كنیم تا زمینه آموزش و تمرین بهتر و نیز برگزاری مسابقات در استانهای مختلف كشور فراهم شود.

وی افزود: بر اساس برنامه ریزی های در نظر گرفته شده برای توسعه این رشته ورزشی مشاركت علاقه مندان به این رشته ورزشی در سپاه و بسیج ، آموزش و پرورش و هیات های روستایی و عشایری زمینه آموزش و تمرین آنان مهیا خواهد شد.

به گفته اكبری ، اكنون 20 هزار ورزشكار در رشته طناب كشی كشور فعالند كه نیمی از آنان را بانوان تشكیل می دهند.

به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا، در همایش یك روزه فدراسیون انجمن های ورزشی كه در سالن همایش ورزش و جوانان استان البرز برگزار شد، بیش از 60 نفر از مسوولان این فدارسیون و روسای كمیته های طناب كشی استانهای كشور شركت داشتند.

وزارت مبارزه با مواد مخدر افغانستان می گوید که ارزش تجارت مواد مخدر این کشور سالانه به هفتاد میلیارد دلار رسیده است که بخش اصلی این پول، به جیب مافیای بین المللی مواد مخدر می ریزد.

ابراهیم ازهر، معاون وزارت مبارزه با مواد مخدر افغانستان گفت که از این مقدار، تنها پنج درصد آن عاید کشاورزان و قاچاق‌بران سطح پائین در افغانستان می شود.

آقای ازهر گفت که عایدی چشمگیری که از تجارت مواد مخدر بدست می آید، مبارزه افغانستان با این پدیده و کاهش تولید مواد مخدر را با چالش روبرو کرده است.

افغانستان در ده سال اخیر در همکاری با جامعه جهانی، یکی از پر هزینه ترین برنامه های مبارزه علیه مواد مخدر را به اجرا گذاشته، اما این مبارزه، نتیجه اندکی داشته است.

شماری از مقامات دولتی افغانستان به دست داشتن در تجارت مواد مخدر متهم هستند و منتقدان می گویند که حکومت افغانستان توانایی شناسایی و بازداشت این افراد را ندارد.

وزارت مبارزه با مواد مخدر در سال‌های قبل از پیشرفت در کاهش تولید مواد مخدر خبر می داد، اما در سال گذشته، تولید تریاک در افغانستان ۶۱ درصد افزایش یافت و کشت خشخاش نیز ۷ درصد بالا رفت.

مقامات افغان باور دارند که کشت و تولید مواد مخدر در افغانستان، اگر از یک سو اعتبار افغانستان را در سطح بین المللی متاثر کرده و از سوی دیگر، به گروه های شورشی مسلح کمک می کند تا با استفاده از عایدی تجارت مواد مخدر، علیه نیروهای دولتی و سربازان بین المللی در افغانستان بجنگند.

در گزارشهایی که در مورد تجارت مواد مخدر در افغانستان تهیه شده، در بسیاری موارد به رابطه میان نا امنی و افزایش تولید مواد مخدر اشاره شده است.

آمارهای رسمی دولت افغانستان نیز نشان می دهد که بیشترین میزان مواد مخدر در افغانستان، در مناطقی از پنج ولایت هلمند، قندهار، فراه، اروزگان و بادغیس تولید می شود که عمدتا با نا امنی روبرو بوده اند.
