خلیل یزدی فرزند دکتر یزدی در گفتگو با بی بی سی فارسی گفت که دایره اجرای احکام زندان اوین روز دوشنبه ۲۸ فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۱ به کفیل آقای یزدی اطلاع دادند که او باید ظرف مدت ۲۰ روز جهت اجرای حکم زندان، خود را به زندان اوین معرفی کند.

خلیل یزدی، گفت حال پدر ۸۰ ساله اش خوب نیست و تحمل شرایط زندان با توجه به عمل جراحی قلب و سرطان بسیار مشکل خواهد بود: "اطلاع دارم تلاش هایی برای اجرا نشدن این حکم غیر منطقی در جریان بوده ولی به نظر می رسد نتیجه ای نداشته است."

ابراهیم یزدی، آبان ماه سال گذشته در یک شعبه دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست قاضی صلواتی به اتهام های "تاسیس و هدایت نهضت آزادی ایران" ، "اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور" و "فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی" محاکمه شد.

او در این جلسه با یادآوری اینکه نهضت آزادی ایران در سال ۱۳۴۰ شمسی تاسیس شده است، گفت دادگاه انقلاب صلاحیت رسیدگی به این اتهامات را ندارد.

محمدعلی دادخواه، وکیل دکتر یزدی هم گفته بود به خاطر "عدم صلاحیت دادگاه"، موکلش از ایراد هرگونه دفاع خودداری کرده است.
ابراهیم یزدی در پی اعتراضات به نتایج انتخابات ریاست جمهوری دو بار بازداشت شد.

خلیل یزدی گفت آخرین بار پدرش را نهم مهرماه ۱۳۹۰ به خاطر شرکت در یک مراسم ختم در اصفهان و نماز خواندن با جمع بازداشت کردند و ۶ ماه او را در سلول انفرادی و یک خانه امن حبس کردند.

البرادعی نیز در این خصوص اعلام كرده كه پس از آنكه گزارش های نهادهای امنیتی آمریكا در سال 2007 تایید كرد كه ایران از سال 2003 هیچ برنامه نظامی هسته ای را دنبال نكرده است، خلاصه ای از این گزارش را دریافت كرده كه در این گزارش هیچ سندی برای ادعای نظامی بودن برنامه هسته ای ایران حتی پیش از سال 2003 نیز وجود ندارد.

این موضوع نشان می دهد كه در ده ها گزارشی كه نهادهای اطلاعاتی آمریكا تهیه كرده اند و این نكته را كه هیچ سند و مدركی در خصوص نظامی بودن برنامه هسته ای ایران وجود ندارد، همه تایید می كنند.

پایگاه خبری - تحلیلی بسوی آینده مالزی نیز روز سه شنبه در گزارشی با اشاره به انتشار كتاب محمد البرادعی مدیركل سابق آژانس درباره برنامه هسته ای ایران، به نقل از وی با اشاره به سابقه همكاری های ایران با آژانس می نویسد: این همكاری ها به نتایج خوبی نیز برای رفع ابهامات دست یافته بود. مشكل دیگری كه البرادعی ذكر می كند استناد آمریكایی ها به اطلاعاتی است كه نمی تواند مورد اعتماد باشد. اطلاعاتی كه آژانس را مجبور می كرد تا علی رغم حل موضوعات قبلی پرونده ایران را همچنان باز نگه دارد.

این پایگاه خبری تحلیلی می افزاید: درخواست از ایران برای توقف و تعلیق همه برنامه های هسته ای خود پیش از آغاز گفت و گوها و انتظار پاسخ مثبت ایران در خواست ساده انگارانه ای بوده است.

در این گزارش آمده است: بر اساس معاهده ان.پی.تی ایران حق در اختیار داشتن چرخه سوخت را دارد. همانگونه كه چند كشور دیگر نیز از این تكنولوژی برای تامین سوخت نیروگاه های خود بهره مند هستند.

علاوه بر این درخواست برای توقف فعالیت غنی سازی ایران كه برای مصارف صلح آمیز صورت می گیرد، محمل قانونی هم ندارد، ضمن اینكه برخی راكتورهای تحقیقات پزشكی در دنیا هستند كه حتی با اورانیوم 90 درصدی نیز برای مقاصد صلح آمیز در حال فعالیت هستند. بنابراین درخواست از ایران برای تعلیق غنی سازی 20 درصدی هم نمی تواند جنبه قانونی داشته باشد.

بسیاری از صاحب نظران و تحلیلگران مسایل سیاسی با تاكید بر صلح آمیز بودن فعالیت های هسته ای ایران بر اساس شواهد موجود و همكاری هایی كه ایران با آژانس داشته و رد ادعاهای غرب و سران رژیم صهیونیستی در این خصوص، بهره مندی از این انرژی را حق ایران و سایر كشورهای جهان دانسته اند و بر این اساس است كه ایران اعلام كرده كه آماده است تجربیات خود در زمینه دانش هسته ای را در اختیار دیگر كشورهای جهان قرار دهد تا آنان نیز بتوانند از مزایای این انرژی پاك استفاده كنند.

پایگاه خبری - تحلیلی بسوی آینده مالزی به نقل از البرادعی در كتاب خود در بخش مربوط به خاورمیانه زرادخانه هسته ای اسراییل، آورده است كه فعالیت های هسته ای این رژیم مهم ترین موضوع نگران كننده در منطقه خاورمیانه است و این در حالی است كه سران این رژیم تلاش می كنند برنامه های صلح آمیز هسته ای ایران را تهدیدی برای مردم جهان معرفی كنند.

اسراییل در پی بمباران تاسیسات هسته ای عراق در سال 1981 بارها از سوی سازمان ملل متحد محكوم شده است تا تاسیسات هسته ای خود را تحت نظارت آژانس بین المللی انرژی اتمی قرار دهد اما با توجه به مصونیتی كه برای خود قائل است از انجام این امر سرباز زده است و كشورهای غربی نیز این رژیم نامشروع و ضدانسانی حمایت كرده اند و سازمان های بین المللی نیز توجهی به این تهدید بالقوه ندارند.

حال با توجه به شواهد موجود هر فرد منصفی به راحتی می تواند دروغ بودن ادعاهای غرب در خصوص برنامه هسته ای ایران را اعلام كرده و بر صداقت ایران در استفاده از انرژی هسته ای صحه بگذارد. گر چه دستگاه های تبلیغاتی غرب و صهیونیست ها بدون توجه به شواهد ذكر شده، به طور مرتب به دنبال القاء این موضوع هستند كه برنامه های هسته ای ایران با اهداف نظامی صورت می گیرد.
